How are the premiums billed?
Premiums are billed monthly on the 5th of every month, one month in advance.
How long does it take to approve coverage if I need to complete the medical questionnaire?
Approval can take one to several weeks, depending on your situation. If more information is needed, the underwriter will contact you.

Do I need a medical questionnaire to join?
Members who aren’t covered by a group plan must complete a simplified medical questionnaire for extended health and hospital coverage. No medical is needed if you’re transferring from another group plan or adding secondary coverage.
